Before founding GLC Advisors, Mr. Reynertson was a Managing Director in UBS’ Restructuring & Leveraged Finance Group based in New York. Previously, Mr. Reynertson was a Managing Director and Head of the European Strategic Finance Group at Morgan Stanley in London. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Mr. Reynertson also held various roles within UBS’ Restructuring team in New York and London including Managing Director and Head of UBS’ European Restructuring team.
Mr. Reynertson was also a crisis manager for Jay Alix Associates (now AlixPartners) where he focused on taking operational roles in financially distressed businesses. Mr. Reynertson also worked in PriceWaterhouse’s (now PwC’s) Dispute Analysis and Corporate Recovery Group in New York, providing advisory services to troubled companies and their creditors.

Soren Reynertson is a Managing Director and the Managing General Partner of GLC Advisors, which he co-founded in 2009. Based in the New York office, he has worked with companies and their creditors on numerous assignments including bankruptcy reorganizations, exchange offers, out-of-court workouts, M&A, financings and recapitalizations. Recent assignments include roles in: Hertz, iHeart, First Energy Solutions, Riverbed Technologies, City of Detroit, Jefferson County, LBI ehf. (formerly Landsbanki Íslands hf.), Puerto Rico, Brookstone, Caesars, Foxwoods, Basic Energy, Radio Shack, Rivers Casino, Healogics, City of Atlantic City and Toys R Us.
Mr. Reynertson is a regular guest lecturer on several college campuses, including Columbia University, Emory University, UCLA, University of Chicago and the University of Pennsylvania.

Career Highlights
Michael Sellinger joined GLC in 2009 and has worked on numerous in-court and out-of-court restructurings involving issuers from a range of industries. Mr. Sellinger’s recent experience includes representing creditors in the restructurings of Alpha Media, Guitar Center, iHeart Communications, McClatchy, Sandvine (n/ka/ AppLogic Networks), Tacora Resources and Toys ‘R’ Us.
Mr. Sellinger has worked on a variety of corporate gaming transactions at GLC including those involving Borgata, Boyd Gaming, Caesars, Delaware Park, Majestic Star, and Station Casinos. In addition, having worked on Foxwoods and numerous other Native American casino transactions, he has successfully led GLC’s effort to create the dominant restructuring practice in tribal gaming.
Mr. Sellinger was previously a Director in UBS’s Restructuring and Growth Capital Groups in San Francisco, where he focused on the restructuring of distressed securities as well as the new issuance of bank loans and high yield bonds.
Prior to joining UBS, Mr. Sellinger was an Associate in the Restructuring Group of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette / Credit Suisse First Boston in San Francisco. He began his career as an Analyst in Investment Banking for DLJ in Los Angeles.

Mr. Sellinger currently serves on the Board of Directors of Alpha Media, a radio broadcasting company based in Portland, Oregon. He is also a Board Observer of Beasley Broadcast Group, a publicly traded multimedia company based in Naples, Florida, primarily known for owning and operating radio stations. Michael previously served as a Board Observer of Guitar Center at the request of certain creditors.
