Adam actively contributes to various organizations, serving as a board member of the Young American Center for Financial Education, an organization committed to developing the financial literacy of young people with real-life experience and hands-on education. Additionally, Adam serves as a board member of SkyView Academy, a charter school committed to preparing students to be life-long learners and honorable leaders of tomorrow. He is also an advisory board member of the Reiman School of Finance at the University of Denver.

Mr. Han has successfully completed the following FINRA Administered Qualification Examination: Series 7, 24, 63. Mr. Han held a gaming license with the State of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Han received a BA from Rutgers University and an MBA from Northwestern University (Kellogg School of Management).

Before co-founding GLC, Mr. Han was a Principal at GLC Investment Advisors where he focused on distressed investing. Previously, Mr. Han was an Executive Director in UBS’ Restructuring and Leveraged Finance Group based in New York. Prior to UBS, Mr. Han was the Steel Division Manager for Hyundai Corp. (USA).
Mr. Han has served on Official Creditors Committee of Star Tribune in bankruptcy, Board of Directors of PRC and Urigen, and board observer of ADS Logistics, River’s Casino (Pittsburgh) and Fallbrook Technologies. Mr. Han currently serves on the Board of Directors of Invacare Corporation and the Board of Trustees of Saddle River Day School.
Mr. Han was selected by The M&A Advisor as one of the “40 Under 40”.

Abe Han is a Managing Director of GLC Advisors, which he co-founded in 2009. Based in New York office, he has worked with companies and their creditors on a number of assignments including bankruptcy reorganizations, exchange offers, out-of-court workouts, M&A, financings and recapitalizations for approximately 25 years. Recent assignments include roles in: City of Detroit, Jefferson County, Puerto Rico, Colt Defense, Rivers Casino, Visteon, UCI International, RCS Capital, Fallbrook Technologies and Invacare Corporation.

Mr. Richter is the Co-Founder of BeeMighty, a non-profit focused on providing medical equipment and therapy to premature babies with ongoing medical challenges.
