Preceding this, he served as a Partner of St. Charles Capital, LLC (acquired by KPMG in 2014), a leading boutique investment banking firm.
Adam actively contributes to various organizations, serving as a board member of the Young American Center for Financial Education, an organization committed to developing the financial literacy of young people with real-life experience and hands-on education. Additionally, Adam serves as a board member of SkyView Academy, a charter school committed to preparing students to be life-long learners and honorable leaders of tomorrow. He is also an advisory board member of the Reiman School of Finance at the University of Denver.

Prior to joining GLC, Mr. Haynes was a Managing Director with KPMG Corporate Finance LLC and a Co-Founder of St. Charles Capital, LLC (acquired by KPMG in 2014) where he advised software and service companies as well as aerospace and defense companies. Previously, he was a Vice President in the Technology M&A Group at Piper Jaffray, and prior to that, was an Associate with Chase Securities where he completed bank and bond transactions, including recapitalizations, spin-offs and acquisition financings for Chase’s Global Syndicated Finance and Consumer Diversified Industries groups.

Adam Haynes advises middle market owners of technology and services businesses, leading M&A and capital transactions with a hands-on, client-first and senior-level approach to deliver outlier results for his clients. Mr. Haynes has more than 25 years of M&A and investment banking experience and has completed more than 100 mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions with a total value exceeding $16 billion.
Mr. Haynes is a current board member of Ensemble Innovation Ventures, the parent company of Delta Dental of Colorado, where he sits on the investment committee of EIV’s Ensemble Innovation Fund. He is a former member of George Washington High School’s Collaborative School Committee, of Steck Elementary’s Collaborative School Committee, of the Board of the Colorado Technology Association and of the board of the Denver Young Artist’s Orchestra, as well as a supporter of the Denver Scholarship Foundation, the Denver Police Foundation, and the University of Colorado’s Johnson Depression Center.
