Near Intelligence, Inc. (NASDAQ:NIR) (“Near”), a global, privacy-led data intelligence platform, was sold to funds affiliated with Blue Torch Finance LLC (“Blue Torch”) for $50.0mm through a Chapter 11 363 asset sale process.
