Midwest Amusements Transaction

Midwest Amusements, LLC, a multi-state distributed gaming operator managing more than 420 regulated gaming devices across over 100 locations in Nebraska, Iowa, and Wyoming, has been acquired by J&J Gaming, the industry leader in distributed gaming.

The acquisition strengthens J&J Gaming’s platform and geographic reach, further establishing J&J Gaming as the leader in distributed gaming across restaurants, bars, convenience stores, truck stops, and other authorized venues. J&J Gaming is a portfolio company of Oaktree Capital Management, a leading global investment manager specializing in alternative investments.
