SpineOne, a leading provider of interventional pain management services based in Denver, Colorado has partnered with Trinity Hunt Partners, a Dallas, Texas-based middle market private equity firm. In connection with the acquisition, Trinity Hunt formed a new management services organization (“MSO”) which will provide SpineOne with best-in-class support services allowing SpineOne’s team of physicians to deliver the highest quality patient care at greater scale.
